Shahram controls architecture, content, brand logic, service definitions, pricing direction, and final strategic approval. Hassan remains the technical implementation lead and may comment, edit, recommend, and build from this dashboard without needing access to unrelated private material.
Every area of NODA has somebody answerable for it. This is that list — not a hierarchy, but a record of where a decision belongs so that nobody has to guess and no area quietly belongs to nobody.
