The Nine Levels
How the levels work
NODA is organized as nine access levels. Each level describes a relationship: what you can see, what you can do, and what the community can expect from you.
Start where you are
Level 1 is open to everyone. Registration, contribution, and project participation build from there — each level matches a real relationship with the community.
Progress through contribution
Movement between levels follows documented participation and verified responsibility — not payment or self-declaration. Progression is reviewed, recorded, and reversible.
Sensitive functions stay controlled
The highest levels — validation, node operation, and wallet or RWA functions — open only as governed modules with proper review, agreements, and approvals. Level 9 is not active in Version 1.
All Levels
Level by level
The public levels are backed by an internal progression model. Details of that model are published as they are approved by governance.
