Field Maker

The ninth step is the first maturity of field-making, not the end of the journey. A Field Maker creates and sustains a field with a clear purpose, rules, resources and verifiable outcomes, in which several people, projects or IOTAs can work and grow. A successful governance review may recognise the resulting operating identity as an IOTA — a پیوندگاه in the Field. That recognition is a separate, governed decision; it does not open wallet, token, credit or asset functions, which remain separately governed modules.

What this step does not grant
A journey level records a depth of participation, contribution and responsibility. It does not determine human worth, and it does not automatically create membership rights, governance authority, system access, ownership, equity, employment or financial entitlement. These are governed separately under their own rules.
No member-benefit rate has been decided for any step yet. When one is, it will not be an automatic entitlement on every transaction: it will apply only to eligible IOTA Field and commercial-member services or to specifically approved activities. Taxes, third-party hard costs, regulated professional costs, grants and NODA public-benefit funds are governed separately.
