Multiplying value means that good work continues to happen when the person is not the one doing it. At this step a Field Maker creates verified, repeatable value through several people, projects or IOTAs. Being well connected is necessary but not sufficient: the evidence must show a real outcome beyond their own delivery.

What this step does not grant
A journey level records a depth of participation, contribution and responsibility. It does not determine human worth, and it does not automatically create membership rights, governance authority, system access, ownership, equity, employment or financial entitlement. These are governed separately under their own rules.
No member-benefit rate has been decided for any step yet. When one is, it will not be an automatic entitlement on every transaction: it will apply only to eligible IOTA Field and commercial-member services or to specifically approved activities. Taxes, third-party hard costs, regulated professional costs, grants and NODA public-benefit funds are governed separately.
