Overview

The NODA Wellness Events Series is our pilot project — six community wellness events across Greater Vancouver through 2026. Movement, breath, music, and connection — created by community, for community. Beyond the events themselves, the series is the first live pilot of NODA's community-run project model: real tickets, real revenue, and fully transparent economics.

Objectives

  • Bring people together around movement, breath, music, and connection
  • Prove the community project model end-to-end with real revenue from real events
  • Grow the community fund with 50% of series profits
  • Give members, contributors, and Nodes their first shared project
  • Build the playbook for community-run projects in 2027 and beyond
