Our story did not start with a company, a blockchain, or a technology.
It started with people.

With a shared belief that meaningful change begins when people choose to learn, collaborate, and build together.
Since 2016, we’ve been privileged to organize and support a wide range of community initiatives across British Columbia and beyond.
Together with many passionate volunteers, entrepreneurs, educators, researchers, community leaders and organizations, we have contributed to projects and initiatives such as Seray Iran, The One Lighthouse Foundation, EDEN 2.0, Intentional House initiatives, educational gatherings, entrepreneurial meetups, community events, cultural programs, and many other collaborative activities.
Each initiative was different.
But they all shared the same foundation:
People first.
Trust first.
Community first.
🇨🇦 IOTA Sustainable Developers Canada
In 2017, IOTA Sustainable Developers Canada was incorporated in British Columbia.
Its mission has been to explore how emerging technologies—including AI, Web3, digital infrastructure and Real-World Assets (RWA)—can be applied responsibly to create practical, trusted solutions for the real world.
It provides the operational, organizational and innovation foundation that supports the growth of the IOTA Field Ecosystem.
🌱 NODA Social Impact Foundation
As years of community experience, volunteer work and collaborative initiatives continued to grow, they naturally evolved into what is now represented by the NODA Social Impact Foundation, a registered non-profit organization in British Columbia.
Rather than replacing the work that came before it, the Foundation brings together and carries forward many years of community experience, relationships and social initiatives into a shared platform for future generations.
Today, NODA supports community wellbeing, education, entrepreneurship, culture, inclusion and social impact through collaboration, partnerships and meaningful participation.
